Gingerbread cookies (molasses free!)
Although I absolutely adore and fawn over gingerbread cookies, I rarely ever end up making them. Why? Well, it’s because I don’t like buying a carton of molasses, only use less than half of it before it gets hidden away in the cupboard to collect sugar dust.

Now that exam season is over, I decided that it was about time I share this recipe! These pumpkin chocolate chip oat bars are the epitome of the Fall season and the oats keep them hearty which makes them perfect for breakfast!

Out of all the cookies I have ever made, these ones get requested from me the most. So, it’s only fair for me to assume that these white chocolate matcha cookies are by far one of the BEST cookies I have ever made in my life!
Pumpkin cranberry cake
It’s the end of November and here I am, still clenching onto the last few days of Autumn. If it were up to me, it would be pumpkin season all year ’round but I guess making room for peppermint hot chocolate, sugar cookies, and gingerbread isn’t too bad of a trade-off either.

I didn’t end up being able to make pumpkin pie in time for Canadian Thanksgiving back in October so I figured that I would make up for it by making it for American Thanksgiving instead!
Snickerdoodles
Lil’ bun and I LOVE our CINNAMON. We love everything and anything with cinnamon in it. That’s why we had to make these snickerdoodles! Snickerdoodles are a cinnamon cookie that has a crack;e pattern on top.
