If you’ve been following my blog for a while now, you’d know that I’m one of those people who LOVE making bread because I find it to be quite therapeutic. See, in the baking world there are those who like making pastries and pies, those who like making desserts, those who like making cakes, and those who like bread making.

How to make yeast bread

I think that bread makers make up the minority of the baking world because there’s a misconception that bread is super hard to make and perfect! Well, I’d like to show you that bread making is as easy is 1, 2, 3! Literally! Because there’s really only 3 steps to it and everything after that is practice, practice, practice!

Stey by step guide

Combine the yeast, sugar, and warm milk/water together and set it aside for 10 minutes to let the yeast foam up. In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients (flour, liquid/solid fat, egg if required, and flavoring).
