Sulbing Cafe is located along North Road in a plaza. The cafe offers Korean shaved ice dessert – bingsoo, waffles, toast, korean rice cakes, and cafe drinks. Sulbing Cafe had a few tables on the inside with some borders to provide adequate spacing in between.
