superfood cookies

After a few weeks of staying up late studying for exams, I figured that my body needed a bit of a reboot. I started to play around with oatmeal raisin cookies because they’re my all time fav cookie. Then I decided I might as well add the entire superfood cabinet into a cookie so here we are!

Superfood breakfast cookies

I mean it’s so important to make sure that you’re fuelling yourself nutritiously! So, here’s my recipe for the most deliciously moist and chewy superfood cookies you’ll ever munch on. They’re packed full of dried fruit, seeds and sliced almonds to help increase brain health and give you a good dose of energy to help you get through that mid-day slump

Even though eating healthier is good, SLEEP is also important! That’s when your cells can repair, your brain rests and body heals! Try not to skimp out on this. I know it’s easy to slam down a few cups of coffee the next day to stay away but trust me, that’s not ideal in the long run.

Plus, I read somewhere once that lack of sleep and fatigue can cause you to overeat because your body tries to re-energize itself by consuming more calories for energy!
