Miracle Belgian Waffle is located in Richmond along Glen Dr near Coquitlam centre. Don’t let the name of “Miracle Belgian Waffle” fool you because, they specialize in Korean egg sandwiches as well. They usually have a huge line out the door but we came on a week day so luckily there was less of a wait.
Avocado egg sandwich
They had a variety of Korean egg sandwiches to choose form but we decided to go with the avocado egg sandwich. It was filled with a huge fluffy omelette, cheese, their specialty sauce and an avocado. The entire sandwich was an EXPERIENCE. First of all the sandwich was huge! I don’t know how we would have held it up if it weren’t for the box it came with. Secondly, the toast was both crispy and fluffy at the same time which added to the textures. Then, you have the huge fluffy piece of omelette on the inside that is both satisfying to eat and the cheese/avocado adds richness which makes you come back for another bite. We loved it and can’t wait to be back for more!
