I love eating yams for carbohydrate because they’re delicious and super good for you. Yam potatoes are high in vitamin B6 for mood and blood pressure regulation. They’re also high in vitamin C for reducing inflammation and vitamin A for your eyes. In a medium yam alone there’s already 438% of your recommended vitamin A requirements. They’re high in potassium that helps keep your blood pressure balanced as well. Oh and they’re also high in fiber to keep you nice and full!
