Chocolate pudding (clean eats/vegan)

Love chocolate? Let’s talk chocolate, more specifically, cocoa. I’m sure a bunch of you have already heard time and time again that DARK chocolate is good for you. But do you know why it’s so? Cocoa is high in antioxidants that help keep you looking young and protect you against disease causing free radicals. It’s also high in magnesium to boost energy levels and flavonoids to regulate blood pressure and lower cholesterol. This creamy chocolate pudding is filled with dark chocolate, avocado for healthy fats, and naturally sweetened with honey.

Clean. Simple. Ingredients.

1/2 small avocado
1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
2 tablespoons milk of choice

fruit, nuts, coconut flakes for topping

Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy the chocolate pudding right away or let chill in the fridge. Top with fruit of your choice (:
