Happy summer everyone! Cactus club recently changed up their happy hour menu to reflect the summer season so of course I had to go check it out! I usually get the sunset soda with bellini topping at Cactus Club but this time they had a frose version of it so of course I had to try it out.
Frose
The frose is a blend of berries, rose, and elderflower. It’s not as sweet as the bellini version but it was just as refreshing. I think next time I’ll stick with the original but I did enjoy trying this version of it.
Chimichurri guacamole
The other thing I got was the chimichurri guacamole. It’s only $4 for a single serving on the happy hour menu compared to the $13 as a full appetizer on the regular menu. I wasn’t too sure how this was going to be different than regular guacamole but holy guacamole it was sooo good! It had crunchy sunflower seeds, salty feta, bright cherry tomatoes and cilantro oil. I was also surprised by how filling it all was because by the end of it I was pretty full and I had extra guac left over! Definitely recommend this!
