Hello friends! How has your week been coming along? This week is Lil’ bun’s birthday! To go along with her week of birthday celebration, we decided to make funfetti cookies because you can’t go wrong with them when it comes to birthdays.
Cookies
Black sesame cookies
These gluten free black sesame cookies are soft, chewy and nutty all at the same time. They’re perfect with a cup of tea but I like it best with a glass of coconut milk.
Malted chocolate cookies
Chocolate chip cookies are already marvelous on their own but adding in malted milk powder and chocolate covered malt balls take them over the top leaving you with soft, dense malted chocolate cookies that are out of this world.
Cranberry walnut cookies (without butter/margarine)
These vegan cranberry walnut cookies are all the things you look for in a cookie rolled into one. They’re crunchy, tart, sweet, soft, and chewy all at the same time so what’s not to love?
Thumbprint cookies (vegan)
These thumbprint cookies are filled with a homemade strawberry jam and made with a classic sugar cookie dough base. They are a great treat to bake and share around Valentines’ Day or on the regular to have with a cup of tea. For a unique twist, try using blueberry, apricot, orange or even pineapple jams!
Soft snickerdoodle cookies (vegan)
These pillowy soft snickerdoodle cookies are irresistible and will leave you coming back for more. They’re so amazing that you won’t even know they’re vegan!
Gingerbread cookies (vegan)
Happy Holidays everyone and I hope you’re having a fabulous time with your families! I don’t know about you but I don’t think I could ever be able to go through the holiday season without having at least a couple gingerbread cookies. Gingerbread cookies are a nostalgic cookie for me.
