Hello friends! I’ve been on the hunt for something to finally satisfy my chocolate cravings and it was as though the world heard me because I was gifted some from Thomas Haas. I’ve only tried the truffles from Thomas Haas during the Christmas season before so I was excited to try some of their more regular items.
Chocolate Sparkles
These Chocolate Sparkles cookies, looked like a cookie and felt like a cookie but definitely didn’t taste like a cookie. It was one of the most delicious, most chocolatey things I had ever had in my life. It was more like a portable brownie than a cookie. The box said that this cookie was award winning! I don’t usually give cookies a second thought but goodness these were amazing. They were so fudgy and full of rich dark chocolate flavor. As though that isn’t enough to entice you to try these out yourself, they’re also gluten-free! Who knew gluten-free could taste so good? If you’re ever at Thomas Haas, I definitely recommend getting them a try.
Dark chocolate truffles
As if I didn’t have enough dark chocolate cravings satisfied, these 63.5% dark chocolate truffles were insanely rich. They were a balanced blend of bitter and sweet making each one the perfect bite. The filling was smooth and silky while the exterior had a bite to it. Careful with these because they’re just as addicting as the Chocolate Sparkles!
