Time for round 2 of Dineout Vancouver 2019! A place that we had yet to visit was Trattoria Burnaby and from what I’ve been reading, they had a pretty good line-up of items so we decided to head there for dinner.

Eight 1/2 lounge
Hello friends! The holiday festivities are slowly coming to a close and one of the places I went to celebrate at was Eight 1/2 lounge! Eight 1/2 lounge is hidden away in a nook along Main Street and 8th street. It used to be a home in the 1880’s until they converted it into a […]
Basil pasta bar
Domino and I decided to catch up over lunch and she suggested that we go to Basil pasta bar. I haven’t had pasta in a while because I don’t typically go out for it so it was nice to have something different. Basil pasta bar is an order at the counter type of place so […]
Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. -Dineout vancouver 2018
Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. has been an Italian restaurant that I’ve been looking forward to visiting for a while now. Come to think of it, it’s been a while since I’ve gone for flatbread pizza. My go-to spots for pizza has always been either Famoso, or Cotto Enoceta so it was nice to try some place new.
Burnaby mountain clubhouse
For a family dinner, we decided that we would all go to Burnaby Mountain Clubhouse. I’ve been to Burnaby Mountain Clubhouse before in the past for Dineout Vancouver but have yet to try them out on a regular evening.
Hearty homemade pasta sauce
This homemade tomato sauce is full of nutritious ingredients. It may be vegan but the veggies in it are hearty enough that you won’t even notice! It’s slow simmered to develop a depth of flavor and goes wonderfully with any pasta dish, on top of pizza or even toast!
Olive Garden
I’ve been insanely busy with exams lately so this is going to be a brief one. We go to Olive Garden whenever we go down to the States but this was the first time we went to the one in Langley as to why we were in Langley? Well that is a story for another […]
Al porto ristorante
For Grayson’s brithday weekend, the two of us decided to go Italian and went to Al Porto in Gastown. This was an absolute surprise to me because 1) for once it wasn’t Japanese and 2) we usually go to Old Spaghetti Factory for Italian. But I guess this was a coming of a new age […]
