Pallet coffee roasters Kitsilano

The feel when you step into Pallet coffee roasters warm and cozy. It’s relaxing and you can tell that it’s a great place to get some work done or enjoy company. I love the glass walls at this location because it made it so bright on the inside even on a cold rainy day. My favourite part about Pallet coffee roasters has got to be all the little planters on the wall. It was just too adorable.

Cheese and herb scone

The dough was the same as the white chocolate raspberry scone. It was just as rich as it’s sweeter counterpart. The scone was filled with pieces of shredded cheddar cheese and savory herbs. A great alternative to the white chocolate raspberry scone if you’re looking for a savory version.

Matcha almond milk latte

This was among one of the strongest and richest matcha lattes I’ve ever had in my life. It was earthy and the almond milk was light and steamed to airy, foamy perfection. I definitely wouldn’t mind waking up to this.

White chocolate raspberry scone

A flaky, and soft scone with bursts of tart fresh raspberries in between each bite. The top of the scone had a sprinkle of sugar on top which added sweetness to each bite. The pieces of white chocolate added creaminess and despite not being a huge fan of scones, I was a huge fan of this one.

Blueberry chai muffin

This was one stylish muffin. I wouldn’t say that it reminded me of chai necessarily but it did have a warm assortment of spices on the inside. The muffin was grain-ier in texture than I expected. This made the bottoms of them on the dense side. The top half was fluffy though. Each muffin is topped with cinnamon icing, blueberry compote and a slice of candied citrus peel. Delightful.
