oatmeal currant cookies

There’s no denying it, oatmeal cookies are one of my favourite treats in the world. They are chewy, soft and you can add anything you want into them!

For the longest time I’ve been a strictly oatmeal chocolate chip kinda gal but lately, I’ve discovered the wonders of adding currants! It adds the perfect amount of sweetness and makes me feel like I’m eating something remotely healthier than having them with chocolate chips!
