I am head over heels in love with bread. The process of making it, watching it bake in the oven, and of course eating it. Beyond Bread has become one of my favorite recipes after trying a loaf of their bread at a potluck I went to. What makes them a unique bakery is that they use their signature sourdough starter in all their loaves creating a depth of flavor unlike any other loaf you’ve had before.
Out of all their breads, my favorite has got to be their fig and walnut loaf. It’s absolutely divine. It is the perfect blend of sweet notes from the dried black mission figs, smokiness from the chopped walnut and then a light
