Body Energy Club is a health supplement and protein/juice bar located in Vancouver. They have several outlets throughout the city and offer healthy cold-pressed juices made by The Juice Truck. Body Energy Club has smoothie bowls, acai bowls and protein smoothies as well if you are looking for something a little more filling.
Once you enter the store, you’re greeted with hundreds of vitamin and protein supplements. They also have healthy food options in the fridge. If you’re looking for something more on the go, they have protein snacks and bars near the front counter too!
We decided to grab a cold-pressed juice each. Although both looked orange, they had very different ingredients on the inside!
D-Flame
The D-Flame juice had turmeric, apple, carrot, ginger, lemon, lime and black pepper. It wasn’t very sweet because of the ginger, lemon and lime but the carrots and apples added a pop of sweet flavour. I liked this better than the Collagen boost because it wasn’t as sweet.
Collagen boost
The collagen boost had strawberries, apple lemon and Trumarine collagen. I’m not sure how much collagen they put on the inside because it didn’t say so I wouldn’t be able to say if they really put a lot inside. The juice was sweet from the strawberries and apples so if you’re not a fan of sweeter juices, I’d pick something else.
