Ive been to two fiesta fridays now and they’ve both been an absolute delight! And I’ve noticed that people have been loving my healthy dessert recipes so here’s another one for you lovelies! Our garden has been producing strawberries like no tomorrow and as much as I enjoy them as they are, let’s have some fun shall we? To make these oh so delicious strawberries even better, I decided to stuff them with mango puree! Yup you heard me right, mango stuffed strawberries, how yum right?
Simple. Clean. Ingredients.
10 medium strawberries
Wash and core the strawberries. Blend the mango in a blender until it becomes a puree and transfer it into a piping bag.
Pipe the mango puree into the strawberries. Pop them in the freezer to eat as a frozen treat or munch as is!
Even though I adored these and wanting to enjoy them all by myself, I decided to bring some over to Grayson’s house because sharing is caring. Now, Grayson is one of those people who absolutely HATES desserts because he finds they to be overly sweet (his sweet tolerance is even lower than mine!) but after having one of these, he changed his mind about dessert. He said that he could have these every day for dessert and would never get sick of them which is good for me because I love them just as much as he does and I hope you guys love it as much as we do too!
