Happy lunar new year everyone! I am feverishly busy with exams this week and so I was unable to develop new recipes for the occasion. However, I did make a couple batches of glutinous rice balls, almond cookies, pineapple pastries and new year baked glutinous rice cake for the occasion! As much as I love all the savory dishes because they are usually veggie based….the glutinous rice based treats just always get to me! So while I continue to study up a storm for my exam tomorrow, here are a few recipes I’ve come to create over the past year that would be perfect for the celebration!
