Tokyo Katsu Sando is a popular food truck in the metro Vancouver area that sells Japanese sandwiches. Their infamous sandwich is filled with steak that is cooked to medium rare. There are usually huge line ups for the food truck if you visit them at a food festival or event but you can find them at their parked location throughout the week with less wait time.

The sandwich had two nicely toasted pieces of bread on the outside and the meat was cooked to perfection. The meat wasn’t particularly seasoned so I wish there was more of a sauce that went with it. Overall it was pretty tasty but I don’t think it’s worth a 1 hour+ wait.
