I make bread a LOT these days so I make a lot of yeast bread dough. These days I’ve been making it twice a week. I have been coming up with new ways to use my dough to make fun new creations.
Here are some of the creations I’ve come up with. I always use this base yeast dough for all the recipes and then put my own twist on each batch.
These buns are perfect for those who want a little sweetness to their buns.
A take on the traditional cinnamon rolls but with a crunchy walnut twist! Try toasting your walnuts for an extra element of flavour.
Garlic cheese bread that you can pull-apart and keep around the house. It’s twisted presentation adds elegance to the traditional garlic bread.
One of my favourite ways to present pull-apart buns. Imagine cinnamon rolls but connected together! It’s a tea ring so everyone at the tea party can choose a piece to pull-aparty.
This is the simplest recipe out of the bunch. Just roll out your dough and add all your favourite toppings on top!
