Before we headed back to Vancouver, we decided to grab brunch at Crabapple Cafe because no weekend trip is complete without stopping for brunch! Crabapple cafe is located in Squamish and seemed like the perfect place to grab a bite before the journey home.

Crabapple cafe interior

The interior of the cafe was very spacious. There was a bar in the centre where some people sat on their own but large cafe tables as well.

The usual

I got the usual ($10.50) which came with potato hash, a slice of toast, 2 eggs prepared your way and smoked salmon. It was actually supposed to come with ham or sauasage but I asked if I could substitute it and my waitress happily ablidged to my request πŸ™‚

Pastrami Hash

Grayson decided to get their pastrami hash ($14.95). It came with sauteed bell peppers, corn, onions, crispy potatoes, jalapenos, egg and Hollandaise sauce. My photo doesn’t do the hash justice because it was actually a huge portion of food that he could barely finish since it was so filling but he ended up gathering himself together to finish it anyways because it was just that yummy!
