It’s been a while since Grayson and I have had pizza so we headed to Blaze Pizza Vancouver! Blaze Pizza Vancouver is a fast-fired quick service pizza spot where you can build your own pizza! They have a variety of crusts to choose from including original, gluten-free, keto and whole grain. They also have a large variety of sauces, cheeses, meats and veggies for you to choose from to top your pizza off to make the perfect pie.
After we ordered our pizza, we paid for our pizza and our creation was put into the oven. We loved how they baked our pizza in a brick pizza oven! I love it when pizza is made this way because you’re guaranteed a crispy thin crust! Our pizza was done in under 3 minutes!
This time we decided to top our pizza with red sauce because that’s our favourite base. Then came the gorgonzola cheese, shredded mozzarella and parmesan. There was a huge variety of proteins to choose from but we went with chicken, sausage, vegan chorizo and pepperoni. The two of us love our veggies so we then topped it with all the colourful veg we could think of! I love that they offer so many options here!
If you’re a fan of pizzas but want to make your own with unlimited toppings at a set price of $14, Blaze pizza is the place for you! We’ve been to the Surrey location once before and it was just as delicious! Hurray for consistency!
