Spinach isn’t just for green juices, frittatas or banana mint chip ice-cream anymore, they’re for salads too! Spinach is a powerful veggie and they have a milder taste. This makes it easy to incorporate into food. Being that I’m low in iron, eating spinach that’s packed full of it really helps with that.
