We decided to go out for Korean for dinner but we weren’t sure where to go so I suggested Potters garden because it has been so long since I’ve been there! It’s not that it wasn’t good to me the last few times I went but there are just so many more Korean places in […]
It’s that time of the year again…the Honda’s celebration of lights! This past Saturday was Japan’s turn across the sky so it was only fitting that we go for Japanese food for dinner. And I swear we have gone for ramen for dinner 3 weeks in a row now because it’s literally all we eat when […]
Lil’ bun, mother deer and I were in New West Uptown for the festival. Even though there were food trucks left right and center, we decided to go to a sit down restaurant instead since we were tired from walking around all day long. After searching around for a while, we stumbled upon Saigon Ivy, […]

I have not been to downtown Vancouver in almost a year now and wow the food scene has changed! There are poke shops and ramen restaurants everywhere! Grayson and a few of his friends went to Yuzu Shokutei a month back and raved about it so it was only natural that we came by for […]
East One is a restaurant that’s located on 1st Ave in the plaza with T&T. The location has been re-done a couple of times over the years and it hasn’t changed. Mother deer was here with a couple of her friends and there were lots of left overs so she decided to pack them all […]
Appetizer platter: jelly fish, roasted pork and duck The platter was pretty standard, and we noticed that there weren’t any vegetarian options. Lil’ bun was pleasantly surprised that the jellyfish wasn’t spicy since usually it tends to be and the duck was a nice addition.
