Grayson and I went to Satomi because we heard that they offered set teishoku meals here. We were looking forward to getting a set each but unfortunately, they only serve them for lunch so I guess we will need to come back another time for lunch.
Zaru soba is one of my favorite things to order but I rarely ever get it because there is always something else I want on the menu but not this time. This time I decided to finally get myself some cold soba noodles. The noodles were still chewy and there was more than enough dipping sauce to go around despite the large portion size 🙂
Grayson decided to get the chicken katsu. He was surprised when it got to the table because 1) it came with salad and 2) it didn’t come with rice so he naturally, he ordered a bowl. He said the katsu was crispy, well fried and the portion was very generous for the price it was. He said that it was amongst the best he ever had which is saying something because he orders this quite often.
