My friend and I decided to try Book-Kyung for lunch a while back to catch up.
As always, I ordered a seafood soup. It was quite spicy and I found it interesting that they swirl the egg on top here instead of just dropping a whole egg into the soup the way I’m used to.
Egg swirl soup is something neither of us had seen before so my friend decided to order it. She said that it was filled with tofu and veggies. There wasn’t much flavor to it so she’s had better Korean soups so I doubt either of us would be back any time soon but if you’re up for karoke, this is a good place to be.
