Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day because I love me some oatmeal! But sometimes oats can get boring…especially if you have them everyday so here are 5 new healthy oatmeal ideas you can use to prepare your hearty bowl of nourishing oats!
Pour your milk into a medium pot. Bring your milk to a simmer on medium heat.
Add in your sweetener, oats and mashed banana. Reduce heat to simmer. Let the oats cook for 3-5 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency.
Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, and fruit

LOVE all of these ideas! I've made something similar to cinnamon banana oats and very berry oatmeal! I have to try the peanut butter oats and beet oatmeal!
